Digital products: All items sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF guides and related materials) delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges except as set out below or as required by law.

Your legal right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel. Where you provide that consent and acknowledgement during checkout, your cancellation right ends when delivery of the digital content begins.

Faulty or inaccessible files: If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@pdfblueprints.store

within 14 days of purchase, and we will resend the correct file or issue a refund at our discretion.
