Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges except as set out below or as required by law.

Your legal right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, this right ends as soon as we begin supplying digital content, provided you have given your express consent to receive the content immediately and have acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right to cancel. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout before completing your purchase.
