If a download is missing, damaged, inaccessible or different from its description, contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Digital content must meet the standards required by applicable law. A refund, replacement or other remedy may be available where those standards are not met.
Cancellation
Where a cooling-off right applies to digital content, it is not lost simply because a product is described as a download. Immediate supply and the loss of a cancellation right require the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly with your order reference.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are handled through the payment method used for the order. Your payment provider determines when the refunded amount appears in your account.
