Who this policy covers

This policy describes how PDFBlueprints handles information relating to this website, purchases and customer support. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.

Information we use

When you buy a guide, checkout and delivery providers process your email address, product selection, order and payment status, and any billing information required for payment and tax. When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send.

Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the website. The storefront uses optional Google Analytics only after you enable Analytics in Cookie settings. It measures page visits, PDF-preview interactions and outbound purchase-link clicks, together with technical browser and device information. These clicks do not confirm purchases. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. We store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage (pb-consent). You can change it through Cookie settings in the footer. Declining stops future analytics collection on this site and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected. Checkout and Amazon websites have their own cookies and privacy notices.

Why we use it

  • To fulfil purchases, provide downloads and answer order enquiries: performance of our contract with you.
  • To keep the website secure, investigate errors and manage customer support: our legitimate interests in operating the store.
  • To maintain records required by tax, accounting or other applicable law: legal obligations.
  • To send optional marketing where you have agreed: your consent, which you can withdraw.

Optional analytics

Our basis for optional analytics is your consent. Google processes analytics data under its own policies. Read Google’s privacy policy for details. You can use the store without accepting analytics.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the storefront. Payhip handles checkout, order records and digital delivery. Stripe and PayPal process payments when selected. Zoho provides our domain email service. We do not receive your complete payment-card number through this storefront.

These providers may process information in other countries under their applicable data protection arrangements. Their notices explain their processing and safeguards: Cloudflare, Payhip, Stripe, PayPal and Zoho.

Existing orders

Records of purchases made through our previous Shopify store may remain in our historical order records while needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. New purchases use Payhip.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about your records or request deletion where applicable.

Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw marketing consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

Only after you enable Marketing in Cookie settings, we load Meta Pixel (ID 1091026997181594) and send a PageView event. Meta may receive the page URL, referrer, browser/device information, IP address and cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, for advertising measurement and relevant advertising. Our basis is your consent. We do not configure advanced matching, purchase events or automatic button/form events on this storefront. Payhip and Amazon checkouts are separate.

Your marketing choice is stored separately in local storage (pb-marketing-consent); agreeing to analytics alone does not enable Meta. You can reject or withdraw either choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal revokes further Pixel tracking and removes accessible Meta cookies, but cannot retract information already sent. Read Meta’s privacy policy, including its international processing information. The subscription assistance tool page remains free of analytics and Meta tracking.
